Subscribing to DLT Priority Support Subscription Plans

  • DLT Registration Assistance will be provided. DLT Account Approvals will depend on the supported business Documents provided.
  • This fees does not include DLT Registration Fees. The DLT Registration fees may vary as per operators.
  • A dedicated DLT Support Manager will be assigned to you to assist you with DLT Issues, Headers and Templates Approvals and activations within PC Expert SMS Portal.
  • Priority Technical Support includes early support related to issues in the SMS Services, as well as Support for DLT Related Issues.
  • Assistance on how to do DLT Registration, documents required, authorisation letter etc.
  • PC Expert will submit required Headers and Templates to DLT portal on priority basis for faster approvals.
  • Approvals for Headers, Promotional and Transactional Templates will be subjected to approval from DLT Operators
  • Technical Support will have a 4 working hours response time.
  • 18% GST applicable as extra
  • All Priority Support Plan comes under NO REFUND POLICY. Once the Subscription is active, amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
